About Me
I am Mimi Trenk

I am Mimi Trenk, a Mastery Life Coach who helps you break free from the beliefs and patterns that have held you back so you can live with clarity, confidence, and courage. My work is a gentle and powerful journey back to yourself. Together we uncover your truth, explore what has been weighing on your heart, and create space for healing and growth. My style is warm, grounded, and supportive, and I help you feel safe enough to look inward and strong enough to move forward. I also teach a Webinar Series called "Be Your Own BFF" where you learn how to trust yourself, care for your emotions, and build a supportive relationship with your inner world. I do this work because I believe deeply in emotional healing, self compassion, and inner strength. You are not meant to move through life feeling stuck or alone. I am here to walk with you as you grow into the person you have always known you can be.

My Journey to Coaching
and Healing
I have dual Life Coaching Certification.
Firstly, I am a Mastery Life Coach, trained at the esteemed Dina Friedman Academy. My training there equipped me with advanced techniques and insights to support clients in achieving their personal and professional goals with clarity and confidence. My approach integrates goal-setting, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning to foster growth and empowerment.
Secondly, and equally as important, I am a trained Spiritual Healing Guide from the School of Transformational Healing under the guidance of Sanya Bari. This unique training allows me to address the spiritual and energetic dimensions of healing, helping clients to release past traumas, align with their true selves, and embrace their inner peace.

But even more than this, my colorful career background gives me many other tools that I use to benefit my clients.
How My Background Supports My Coaching
My previous careers helped me learn how to understand people, emotions, and the patterns that shape our lives. These experiences allow me to support you with clarity, intuition, and compassion. Whether you want to move past old obstacles or feel more connected and at peace, I am here to guide you. I look forward to supporting you on your path to a more empowered and fulfilling life.

Photographer
A photographer learns to “frame” things differently (cheesy, I know). But more importantly, I learned to get comfortable getting into people’s faces.
Lawyer
Adds a unique edge to my coaching, providing sharp analytical skills and a results-driven approach. This makes me especially effective in helping high-achieving clients navigate life’s toughest challenges with confidence, blending structure with intuitive spiritual healing.

AP Teacher
I can manage classrooms and am not willing to take B.S. from anyone! Also, I don’t take excuses ensuring I push my students toward their goals without excuses.
Artist
Being an artist allows me to tap into creativity and think outside the box for solutions.

Mom
As a mother of 5, I’ve mastered multitasking, empathy, and the art of resilience in every possible way.
BOOK RECOMMENDATION!
Something Sacred I Lost
by Emmy Vine
The subject of male sexual abuse is not often discussed, and it comes with its own unique challenges. I proudly sponsored Emmy Vine's debut novel, "Something Sacred I Lost," which fearlessly opens up the conversation on male sexual abuse and its impact on mental health. The novel explores the drama and healing that follows abuse, written with Emmy's signature humor and wit. Through the story of a young horse trainer battling shame, damaged self-esteem, and mental health issues, the book emphasizes the importance of speaking up and seeking help.
